［開催報告］第2回IEEE SA & DSA 国際標準化ラウンドテーブル

DSAは、IEEE P3800 DTS（Data Trading System）WGと共同で、2023年7月17日から19日にかけて、ドイツのベルリンで第2回円卓会議を開催しました。この会合は、今年2月にブリュッセルで開催された第1回会合で合意された活動を継続するものです。

会議初日には、DSA、IPA、東京大学、渥美坂井法律事務所が日本での活動を報告し、これに対し、IDSA、BVDA、Dawex、FIWARE Foundation、Gaia-Xが活動報告をし、意見交換を行いました。

2日目は、国際標準化をテーマに、IDSAがStandard roadmap、LNI4.0がManufacturing-X、中国人民大学がISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 11 /AHG14、DSAがIEEE P3800について報告し、今後の連携分野や標準化の進め方について意見交換を行いました。インドのアンナ大学は３日目に報告しました。

これらの意見交換を踏まえ、以下の合意形成がされました。

1. 本円卓会議の名称は、今後 “International Open Forum on Data Society” とする。
   (混乱を避けるため、略称の使用はご遠慮ください）。
2. 本フォーラムは誰にでも開かれており、誰でも他の人を招待することができます。
3. 参加団体は、本フォーラムに関しそれぞれが報告書を公表することができます。
   (報告書には、参加団体の名称とロゴを使用することができます。)
4. 参加団体は共同で年次報告書を作成します。

DSAは、DFFT(Data Free Flow with Trust)の実践を通じて、国や地域を超えたデータ社会の実現を目指し、今後もInternational Open Forum on Data Societyに積極的に参加していきます。

In collaboration with the IEEE P3800 DTS (Data Trading System)WG, DSA(Data Society Alliance) held its second roundtable meeting in Berlin, Germany, from July 17 to 19, 2023.

This meeting was a continuation of the activities agreed upon at the first meeting in Brussels, in February of this year.

DSA, IPA, the University of Tokyo, and Atsumi & Sakai reported on their activities in Japan on the first day of the meeting. In contrast, IDSA, Dawex, BVDA, FIWARE Foundation, and Gaia-X reported on their activities and exchanged opinions. And they exchanged ideas.

On the second day, under the theme of international standardization, IDSA reported on the standard roadmap, LNI4.0 on Manufacturing-X, Renmin University of China on ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 11 /AHG14, and DSA on IEEE P3800 and exchanged opinions on future areas of collaboration and how to promote standardization. A report from Anna University in India, was made on the third day.

Based on these exchanges of opinions, the participants reached a consensus on the following issues.

1. The name of this roundtable shall henceforth be “International Open Forum on Data Society”.
   (To avoid confusion, please refrain from using abbreviations.)
2. This Forum is open to everyone, and anyone may invite others to participate.
3. The participating organizations may publish their report on this Forum.
   (Each participating organization may use the other’s name and logo on their report.)
4. The participants shall jointly prepare an annual report.

DSA will continue actively participating in the International Open Forum on Data Society to realize the Data Society beyond national and regional boundaries through implementing DFFT(Data Free Flow with Trust).
